Download the software directly to your device via the Blackberry App World (simply search for “Boingo”). An open Wi-Fi hotspot or cellular data connection is required to download the software and sign up for the service.

• o First, connect to the Internet via an open Wi-Fi hotspot, your cellular data connection, or your home or office network.
• Launch Boingo by clicking on the Menu button>Downloads.
• If you are an existing Boingo Mobile subscriber, click on I Have an Account and enter your username and password. If you are a new subscriber, click on Sign Up Now. You will be re-directed to a Boingo website where you can create your account. Please note that a valid credit card is required to establish your account.
• Once you have created an account through the Boingo Mobile application, your username and password will be automatically saved.

• Complete the signup process on your PC.
• Open Boingo Wi-Fi on your Blackberry.
• Click on I Have an Account.
• Enter the username and password you created on your PC.

• If you have previously connected to a specific Boingo-supported network (e.g., BT Openzone), the Boingo software will appear as a pop-up to alert you when you’re in a Boingo hotspot. Just click Login to connect.
• If you have never before connected to a specific Boingo-supported network, then you must select that network through the Blackberry’s Manage Connections menu: Menu button>Setup>Set Up Wi-Fi>Scan For Networks.
